Coping and Corona don’t seem like they belong in the same sentence, do they?
Who would have ever thought that life as we’ve known it would come to such a drastic hault?

As we brace ourselves for a second month of social distancing, many of us are increasingly stressed and counting down the days when we can get back to some semblance of normalcy. It’s a difficult time for sure, but that’s all the more reason to be intentional about our self-care practices. In an effort to help us all find some sense of peace and sanity in these uncertain times, I compiled a list of COVID-specific self-care strategies that we could all use and I called it, Give Yourself Grace

I know that it’s easier to just give in to the stress, frustration, and even the anxiety that this situation is producing in all of us, but you owe it to yourself to do something more productive – even if that’s 5 minutes of mindful meditation. None of the strategies are time consuming, but they all can help you to be kind and nurtuting to yourself at a time when you need it the most.
